Gamechanger Intervention

A 6-week blended learning process suitable for targeted learners aged 11+. Complies with the Department for Education's Statutory Guidance on Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Targeted self-help mental toughness exercises. Using experiential learning to build emotional resilience and support positive behaviour change.

Small Group & Predictable Delivery

Delivered by staff accredited in 'Facilitation Skills for Experiential Learning'. We maintain small group sizes to ensure a structured, relationship-led approach.

Skills Builder Aligned

Every targeted intervention maps directly to the Skills Builder Essential Skills framework, ensuring measurable progression in self-management and communication.

Staff Qualifications

All staff are Enhanced DBS checked, highly experienced in behavioural management, and hold IOL-accredited CPD in Facilitation Skills for Experiential Learning.
